Kim and Nick - Real Tucson Team
Tanque Verde - Tucson
Hi, I’m Nick Labriola and I specialize in historic homes, including midcentury homes, and homes near the University of Arizona (I’m a proud UA alumnus). I’ve sold some amazing historic homes, putting families into one-of-a-kind homes that they love and can make their own. I helped out-of-state clients organize to sell their mother’s home and made sure the home and transaction were prepared so they had a stress-free experience.
I grew up in Flagstaff and Sedona, but I’ve lived in Tucson for over 18 years. My wife is a fourth generation Tucsonan and her love of this city is contagious. I was drawn to Tucson by the people, culture, history, environment, opportunities, and wonderful homes. I love it here because it’s a great place to live and no snow shovel required!
Before working in real estate, I was a field engineer in heavy civil construction. I was responsible for multi-million-dollar budgets and projects that had to be done on schedule. This developed my communication, negotiation and organizational skills, which are indispensable in real estate. I’m loyal and dedicated to my clients and I make sure to bring a consultative approach to the job. I find out what is most important to the client and I help them craft a plan to achieve their goal. I am a strong negotiator and oversee the transactional details.
I enjoy spending time hiking with my wife Kim as well as checking out old buildings. I also love music and playing the guitar.

I'm happy to assist you in buying or selling any home in the Tucson area, although I specialize in homes near the University of Arizona campus, historic areas, midtown, downtown, east, north, northeast, and southeast Tucson areas. I can also help in providing a free home valuation consultation and give advice on how to make your home look it's best for sale. These days, real estate transactions can get tricky, so I take the time to explain every part of the process.
