I’m from Flagstaff, by way of Phoenix, but I’ve lived in Tucson for 17 years. I was drawn to Tucson by the people, culture, history, environment and wonderful homes and real estate. I love it here because it’s a great place to live.
Before working in real estate, I was a field engineer in heavy civil construction. I was responsible for multimillion-dollar budgets and projects that had to be done on schedule. This developed my communication, negotiation and organizational skills, which are indispensable in real estate. I’m loyal and dedicated to my clients and I make sure to bring a consultative approach to the job. I find out what is most important to the client and I help them craft a plan to achieve their goal. I am a strong negotiator and oversee the transactional details.
I specialize in noteworthy and historic homes, especially homes near the University of Arizona. I’ve sold some amazing historic homes, putting families into one-of-a-kind homes that they love and can make their own. I helped out-of-state clients organize to sell their mother’s home and made sure the home and transaction were prepared so they had a stress-free experience.
I enjoy spending time hiking with my wife Kim and checking out old buildings and I love music, playing and teaching guitar.
